Why am I running?

Our murder rate is at an all-time high and police officers are getting away with homicide.

Overdose deaths continue to rise. Our current DA’s solution is to prosecute persons suffering from addiction with felonies when they commit petty theft.

Persons die in police custody and our current DA lies to our face.

Our current DA is beholden to big business interests and is not interested in equal treatment under the law. We need a new mission. We need a shift in priorities.
